Staff Selection Commission – SSC சார்பில் Junior Engineer Examination 2026 மூலம் 1748 tentative vacancies நிரப்பப்பட உள்ளன. Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Mechanical, Telecom உள்ளிட்ட Engineering streams-க்கு பல்வேறு மத்திய அரசு துறைகளில் பணியிடங்கள் உள்ளன. மேலும் India Meteorological Department-ல் Scientific Assistant post-மும் இந்த examination notice-ல் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது.

இந்த பணிகள் Group B, Pay Level-6 கீழ் வருகின்றன. சம்பளம் ₹35,400 முதல் ₹1,12,400 வரை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. விண்ணப்பம் முழுவதும் Online முறையில் நடைபெறுகிறது. தகுதியானவர்கள் 22.09.2026 இரவு 11 மணி வரை விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix அடிப்படையில் இந்த pay scale வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

கல்வித் தகுதி

Qualification post மற்றும் department-ஐ பொறுத்து மாறுபடும்.

பொதுவாக கீழ்கண்ட qualification-கள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering – applicable posts
• Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT / Telecommunication / Instrumentation – Telecom posts
• Scientific Assistant post-க்கு Physics / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Electronics / IT உள்ளிட்ட relevant Bachelor’s Degree qualification

சில Departments-ல் Diploma candidates-க்கு 2 அல்லது 3 வருட relevant work experience தேவைப்படுகிறது. Experience தேவைப்படும் post-களில் qualification முடித்த பிறகு பெற்ற experience மட்டுமே கணக்கில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

எனவே “Diploma / BE/B.Tech eligible” என்று மட்டும் பார்த்து apply செய்யாமல், நீங்கள் select செய்யும் Department மற்றும் Post-க்கான exact qualification-ஐ Official Notification-ல் பார்க்க வேண்டும்.

வயது வரம்பு

Official SSC Notification-ன்படி age calculation date:

01.08.2026

Post-ஐ பொறுத்து:

• அதிகபட்சம் 30 வயது
• சில posts-க்கு அதிகபட்சம் 32 வயது

Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST – 5 Years
• OBC – 3 Years
• PwBD UR / EWS – 10 Years
• PwBD OBC – 13 Years
• PwBD SC / ST – 15 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – Government Rules படி relaxation

தேர்வு முறை

SSC JE 2026 selection முக்கியமாக:

• Paper-I – Computer Based Examination
• Paper-II – Computer Based Examination
• Document Verification

Paper-I-ல் General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness மற்றும் relevant Engineering subject இடம்பெறும். Paper-II-ல் தேர்வு செய்த Engineering discipline-க்கு ஏற்ப technical questions இடம்பெறும்.
