EMIS Students TC Generation & Promotion பணிக்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்

அனைத்து வகை பள்ளிகளின் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் / முதல்வர்கள் கவனத்திற்கு,

பின்வரும் வகை பள்ளிகளின் Terminal Class மாற்றுச் சான்றிதழ் (TC) களை முதலில் Generate செய்யவும்

Terminal Classes

1. Primary school - 5 std

2. Middle Schools - 8 Std

3. High Schools - 10 std

4. Higher Secondary schools - 10 and 12 std

* Note: Govt & Aided Schools அனைத்தும், மாணவர்களுக்கான அனைத்து Schemes (EMIS Mark Entry, Cycle Entry, Textbook, uniform, etc) பதிவுகளை உரிய TNSED Schools App / EMIS-இல் மேற்கொண்ட பின் மட்டும்தான் TC Generation & Promotion மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Regarding Promotion

* Promotion பணி தொடங்குவதற்கு முன் கவனத்தில் கொள்ள வேண்டிய 3 குறிப்புகள்

குறிப்பு : 1

Terminal Class க்கு TC எடுத்து முடிக்கப்பட்டதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

(Terminal Class enrollment should be zero)

குறிப்பு : 2

Promotion பணி தொடங்குவதற்கு முன் தேவையான Sections Add செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

( School -> Class and Section).

குறிப்பு : 3

Promotion பணி தொடங்குவதற்கு முன் Terminal வகுப்பு அல்லாத வேறு பள்ளியில் சேர விரும்பும் மாணவர்களுக்கு TC வழங்கியிருக்க வேண்டும். 

* குறிப்பு : Promotion பணி EMIS-ல் முடிந்த பின் எந்த மாணவருக்காவது TC வழங்கினால் "Student is Promoted to the Next class ?" என்ற களத்தில் Discontinued என்று குறிப்பிட வேண்டியிருக்கும்.

Point to be noted: 01

• Reverse order ல் promotion தொடங்குவதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
• Primary School -  4 to 5 std, 3 to 4 std, 2 to 3 std and 1 std to 2 std.
• Middle School -  7 to 8std, 6 to 7 std, 5 to 6 std, 4 to 5 std, 3 to 4 std, 2 to 3 std and 1 std to 2 std.
• High School -  9 to 10 std, 8 to 9 std,7 to 8std, 6 to 7 std, 5 to 6 std, 4 to 5 std, 3 to 4 std, 2 to 3 std and 1 std to 2 std.
• Higher secondary School - 11 to 12 std,  9 to 10 std, 8 to 9 std,7 to 8std, 6 to 7 std, 5 to 6 std, 4 to 5 std, 3 to 4 std, 2 to 3 std and 1 std to 2 std.
  

  Note: 

  Higher secondary school - 10 ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு TC generate செய்து common pool அனுப்பி, Promotion பணி முடிந்த பின் common pool இல் இருந்து மாணவர்களின் EMIS number கொண்டு search செய்து 11-ஆம் வகுப்பில் Admit செய்ய வேண்டும்.

  
  

  Steps to be Followed after Promotion Process

  Step 1

  School -> Class and Section பகுதியில் தேவையற்ற  Class and Section ஏதேனும் மாணவர்கள் இல்லாமல் இருந்தால் Delete செய்ய வேண்டும்.

  
  

  Step : 2

  School -> Class and Section பகுதியில் அனைத்து வகுப்பு மற்றும் பிரிவுகளுக்கும் Class Teacher, Medium and Group (Only for Higher secondary schools) சரியாக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
